Zondervan Library offers several different ways of contacting and accessing our librarians for research and other library help. Whatever method is most convenient and useful for you, the librarians at Zondervan are eager to work with you on your research, to answer questions about the library, and to be of service in whatever ways we can. We encourage you to ask us for help to speed up the process of finding and using information in your studies.
How to Contact Us
Text a Librarian
The Research Help desk staff, consisting of librarians and research assistants, monitor our texting service during normal Research Help desk hours (see below). Whether you're wondering about our hours or the call number of a book, we're happy to answer your question on the go!
To register for the service, simply text "zonlib" (without the quotes) to 66746.
Visit the Ask Desk
A librarian or research assistant is available for personal consultation at the Ask desk from:
- Noon to midnight, Monday - Thursdays
- Noon to 5:00 p.m., Fridays
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., most Saturdays (excluding breaks)
- 7:00 p.m. to midnight, most Sundays (excluding breaks)
Should you require an appointment outside of those hours, we are happy to set up a time when it's convenient for you. Use one of the other methods on this page for contacting us.
Another means of contacting us is through the email form linked above. A librarian will usually get back with you within 24 hours, except on weekends and campus breaks.
