Biographical Records and Collections

The Biographical Records were established in order to organize and make accessible Taylor-related information on faculty members, trustees, staff members, alumni, and other individuals related to the University. The materials have been received from many sources. No attempt is made by the Archives to systematically collect biographical information on all members of the University community, but appropriate items are incorporated as they are received.

The file includes biographical data sheets, curriculum vitae, obituaries, press releases, articles, photos, letters, and news clippings.

The Archives has many other resources for obtaining information on individuals associated with the University, including university publications, records of departments and offices, and various files in the general collection.

Some of the most frequently researched individuals are listed below. Please contact the University Archives for further information on these and other biographical records and collections.
