Zotero is an extremely useful resource that helps with citation (and full-text article) collection and organization and bibliography/works cited creation.

- "Reads" citation data on a web page (icon which allows you to save a citation appears in line with address bar in browser)

Troubleshooting Zotero
- Make sure Firefox, and the two Zotero extensions are up-to-date.
- Make sure when you are downloading the two Zotero extensions, you are using Firefox.
- Make sure Firefox is open when you are trying to cite materials in Word.
