The Library accomplishes these aims through:
- Teaching class sessions on quality research
- Offering individual consultations on research skills
- Providing walk-up peer research tutoring
- Supplying digital and print resources
- Providing 15+ study rooms and varied seating options
- Prioritizing friendly customer service
- Maintaining collaborative and quiet study spaces
- Being staffed by 9 full-time faculty/staff and 30+ student workers
- Offering interlibrary loan for books, articles, and materials worldwide
- Providing a Geek Room — a 24-hour silent study space for focused work
- Supplying leisure reading materials and a wide range of games
- Creating a welcoming environment where students belong and succeed
